Netaji Silva Weeramanthri
Netaji Silva Weeramanthri obtained her LLB with Honours from the University of London in 2009. During her time as an undergraduate she participated in many debating competitions and internal mooting competitions. She completed her Attorney-at-Law examinations from the Sri Lanka Law College and took Oaths as an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2011. Thereafter, Netaji has been working in several law firms specializing in Civil Law, Commercial Law and Property Law. Currently she is a practitioner in civil law mainly focusing on property matters. She holds an LLM in International Business with Employment and Human Resource with Honours for which she was graded a Distinction from The Cardiff University – UK in 2016. Netaji’s interest in research areas are Business law and Commercial law and Family law. Netaji is also a lecturer at the Sri Lanka Law College – Colombo for the intermediate level, and also a visiting lecturer in several other institutes for the Masters in Law Programme.
